Clubhouse Rental Rules
This clubhouse is for private use only and is only available to Homeowners in the Valencia Northbridge HOA.
Clubhouse Address: 23804 Grandview Drive, Valencia, CA 91354
- Rental Hours-All Day: 8:30am out by 12 midnight
- Capacity: 125
- Rental fee: $300.00 (Monday-Sunday)
- Security deposit: $475.00
- Security guard cost if needed for Live Band or DJ, (4) hour minimum (7pm-11pm) – $120.00.
- *Make checks Payable to “Valencia Northbridge HOA”.
- The checks need to be issued by the homeowner (must be separate checks).
- Mail or drop off contract with checks to Ross Morgan & Co., Inc.: 23300 Cinema Drive, Suite 280, Valencia, CA 91355
- (10) – 60” round tables, (4) – 6’ rectangular tables (six feet), 50 chairs, and (4) trash cans.
Warning – Any member of guest or unauthorized person found in the facility during the closed, operating hours is considered Trespassing and subject to arrest.
Always carry your access key and ID.
Smoking is prohibited in or around this facility.
