GRANDVIEW – TRELLIS RECONSTRUCTION
The reconstruction of the Grandview trellis began on April 3, 2024. For safety and liability reasons, the upper deck area is now fenced off. We kindly request that you avoid using this fenced area until further notice. However, the Spa remains accessible and can be reached from the south end of the cleared stairs. Your patience and understanding during this process are greatly appreciated. The estimated completion date is currently set for June 1, 2024, barring any unforeseen delays.
PROJECT DETAILS
- Sconce light on the outside of each column
- Four pendulum lights at the apex beam inside the structure
- The outlets on the columns will be installed for phone charging purposes.
Please note: The side gate entrance is strictly for construction workers only. Homeowners and residents are requested not to enter through this gate.
