Grandview Facility Closure Notice – 6/26/2026
Dear Valencia Northbridge HOA Homeowners,
Please be advised that the Grandview Facility is temporarily closed until further notice due to an emergency electrical issue. During this time, residents are encouraged to use the Linden and Hillsborough recreational facilities until the Grandview Facility reopens.
The safety of our residents is our highest priority. The Association is working diligently to resolve the electrical issue as quickly as possible and will notify the community as soon as the Grandview Facility is safe to reopen. Services will be exclusively focused on providing security for community’s common amenity areas only.
