Subject: Notice of Dues Increase – Effective March 1, 2026
Dear Homeowner(s),
At the Board of Directors meeting held on October 30, 2025, the Board approved a modest increase in the monthly assessments to ensure the Association continues to meet its financial obligations and properly maintain community assets.
Effective March 1, 2026, the monthly assessment will increase by 7%, from $65.00 to $70.00 per month.
This adjustment reflects rising costs in areas such as insurance, landscaping, routine maintenance, and reserve contributions. The Board remains committed to responsible long-term financial planning while minimizing the need for increases whenever possible.
If you utilize online bill payment or automatic withdrawals, please be sure to update your payment amount to reflect the new rate beginning March 1, 2026.
