Grandview Facility Update
Dear Valencia Northbridge HOA Homeowners,
The Association is pleased to announce that, effective July 16, 2026, the Grandview swimming pool and common area restrooms will reopen for homeowners use.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation while the Association dealt with the recent emergency electrical repairs.
Please note that the Grandview Clubhouse will remain closed until further notice. The Association is continuing to work diligently to complete the remaining work as safely and efficiently as possible. The safety of our homeowners remains our highest priority. We will continue to keep the community informed and will provide another update as soon as the clubhouse is ready to reopen.
